Streetwise is diving head first into the new academic year, the team continuing in its provision of informal education to Jewish schools and students.
For Primary Schools, Streetwise began the Autumn term with its Year 6 Leadership programme, equipping students with the tools to take on new responsibilities associated with being the 'top' year level in school. Following on from this, the team's next primary school campaign will be Anti-Bullying Week from Monday the 11th to Friday the 15th of November. For any primary school enquiries, please contact talias@streetwisegb.org
The Streetwise team have also been working to relaunch their secondary school curriculum for 2024/2025. On offer are a diverse array of sessions, ranging from Antisemitism & Personal Safety work to Sex & Relationships. For more information on the programmes on offer, or to book in a session, please contact abi@streetwisegb.org
The Streetwise team is also thrilled to be collaborating with Stand Up! Education Against Discrimination (another of Maccabi GB's educational teams) to run The Alan Senitt Upstanders Leadership Programme 2024/25. The programme will run in eleven London-based schools, for 110 students.
Streetwise are continuing to offer Krav Maga programmes to schools, communities and other organisations. To enquire about our Krav Maga programme, please email mimi@streetwisegb.org
The team are also excited to be launching their new Leadership Programme after the High Holy Days. For more information, or to register your interest, please email leadership@streetwisegb.org
