London, UK – 12th November 2024 – Maccabi GB is pleased to announce the appointment of Joe Hildebrand to its Board of Trustees. As a Managing Director at global management consultancy Accenture, Joe has held several leadership positions focusing on strategy, leadership, culture, and innovation. His approach emphasises the importance of building and activating innovative people-centric organisations, a philosophy he looks forward to bringing to Maccabi GB.
Jonathan Prevezer, Chair of Maccabi GB, welcomed Joe’s appointment, stating, “We are thrilled to have Joe join our Board of Trustees. His extensive experience and dedication to fostering positive workplace cultures align perfectly with Maccabi GB’s mission to promote an active, healthy, and proud Jewish community in the UK. Joe says, “It’s a great privilege to join the Board of Maccabi GB. Having grown-up seeing the positive impact Maccabi has made, I’m incredibly excited about the opportunity to work with the team to shape and deliver the next chapter for everyone in the UK Jewish community.”
Joe is also committed to community service and social justice. He has served as a Special Constable with Hertfordshire Constabulary, volunteers with the Community Security Trust, has advised on responsible leadership for the World Economic Forum, and regularly shares his insights on leadership at London Business School.
With his expertise and community-focused vision, Joe is well-positioned to contribute to Maccabi GB’s efforts to build a vibrant, cohesive Jewish community integrated within British society.
