Jewish Care

Jewish Care provides a wide range of specialist support services for older people, including Holocaust survivors and refugees, people living with physical disabilities and ongoing mental health needs in London and the South East. These include residential care homes, Retirement Living schemes, centres for people living with dementia and community centres, JC Presents online community programme, befriending and Meals on Wheels services. We support people living with dementia, MS and Parkinson’s together with their families and carers.
